JKSSB Finance Accounts Assistant Exam: Training imparted to supervisory staff in Kishtwar

Kishtwar : To ensure smooth conduct of the upcoming JKSSB exam for the recruitment of the Finance Accounts Assistants, District Administration Kishtwar spearheaded by Deputy Commissioner Dr Devansh Yadav and under the supervision of Chief Inspector (Additional Deputy Commissioner) Inderjeet Singh Parihar hosted a training program for supervisory staff here on Wednesday.
ACR Varunjeet Singh Charak & District Coordinator JKSSB Pritam Lal Thapa (Member JKSSB) briefed 400 participating invigilators (teachers), centre Superintendents (CS), Exam Coordinators (EC) and observers about all the aspects of OMR based objective type Written exam. They educated them about their role and responsibilities for the smooth and transparent conduct of the examination scheduled on January 28th 2024 at 10 centres across the district.
Speaking on the occasion, the DC impressed upon the Staff to work in synchronised manner and follow the procedures in letter and spirit for smooth and transparent conduct of examination in their respective examination centres.
Meanwhile ADC informed that the examination would be held on 28-01-2024 from 12 noon to 2 pm at 10 designated examination centers.
It was informed that besides Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents and supervisors, the invigilators as per the requirement of one invigilator for 24 students would be engaged.
Moreover, the Magistrates would also be appointed at all 10 examination centers where in a total 3744 aspirants have to appear.
