VBS Yatra propels progress across Pulwama

Pulwama: Embarking on a transformative journey, the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is making significant strides throughout Pulwama District.
Initiated to cover every nook of the district, the Yatra has seamlessly navigated through Panchayats, Municipalities, and is presently weaving through the fabric of every village in Pulwama. Its primary goal is to embody a commitment to inclusivity, delivering the vision for a Developed India by 2047 without leaving any segment of the community behind.
Leveraging Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) vans, the Yatra effectively conveys the essence of the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s message directly to the people of Pulwama, fostering widespread awareness and active engagement. The Yatra’s resonance within the community reflects the genuine intent behind this transformative expedition.
A defining aspect of the Yatra has been the proactive approach of Government departments in the district, providing on-the-spot services to ensure that citizens in Pulwama are not only informed about various schemes but can also readily avail themselves of the benefits.
As the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra unfolds its chapters in Pulwama, it leaves an indelible mark on the District, firmly anchoring the vision of a Developed India in the hearts of the people.

VBS Yatra inspires residents in Banihal Town on 55th day
Ramban: Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, led by Deputy Commissioner Baseer-Ul-Haq Chaudhary in Ramban, is gaining momentum. Witnessing a remarkable participation of 98,500 persons, including 37,600 women, this prestigious journey aims to boost the implementation of beneficiary-oriented schemes in the district by year-end.
The Yatra on Tuesday reached Ward No-04 Devanpora Hollin in Banihal town, highlighting its commitment to inclusivity. Covering the entire district over the past 55 days, the Yatra has become a powerful platform to inform people about various government schemes. ‘Meri Kahani Meri Zubani’ have allowed beneficiaries to share heart-touching stories of positive change in their lives after benefiting from different Centrally Sponsored Schemes.
Under the Deputy Commissioner’s guidance, all departments are actively promoting and extending the benefits of their respective schemes. The Yatra also celebrated Ramban District’s diverse heritage through cultural programs, enriching its cultural tapestry. The collective Viksit Bharat Sankalp Pledge-taking ceremony at the heart of the Yatra unified the community, symbolizing shared aspirations.
Initiatives like PMAY-G, PMAY-U, PM-JAY Ayushman Card, Poshan ICDS, PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, MUDRA Yojana, KCC, and PM Kissan Nidhi are being widely recognized. Special emphasis is placed on healthcare accessibility, with over 3500 PM-JAY Ayushman Cards issued and regular health check-ups, including TB monitoring.
The Yatra’s success lies in its broad outreach, ensuring the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s message reaches every corner of the district.

VBS Yatra: IEC Van Traverses through panchayats of block Dhangri & Manjakote in Rajouri Distt
Rajouri: Today, the VBSY IEC vans traversed through the panchayats of Sagote, Dalhori, Dalhori Salyote, Dhangri Upper, Gambir Muglan-A, Gambir Muglan-B, Gambir Muglan-C and Gambhir Muglan-D panchayats of block Dhangri and Manjakote of Rajouri district. This strategic journey highlights the Yatra’s commitment to reaching every corner of the district and ensuring that the benefits of government initiatives are felt at the grassroots level.
The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) has become a reckoning force for the implementation of various government schemes and ushering in comprehensive development throughout the district. This ambitious initiative is strategically crafted to transform Rajouri by extending its reach to underserved areas and ensuring the effective execution of government programs, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for its residents.
Central to this endeavor is an Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) van, a dynamic mobile platform designed to effectively communicate and create awareness about the diverse initiatives undertaken as part of the Yatra. The van plays a pivotal role in engaging with local communities, imparting crucial knowledge, and empowering residents to avail themselves of the benefits offered by government schemes.
The VBSY has recorded notable success in the implementation of various government schemes in Rajouri District. These schemes, crafted to elevate living standards and provide essential services, have been executed with exceptional efficiency on the ground. Consequently, the community has experienced tangible improvements and witnessed positive changes in their daily lives.
