Instigator booked under J&K Public Safety Act in Bla: Police

Bla: Police on Saturday said that it has booked a hard-core instigator under J&K Public Safety Act after obtaining formal detention orders from the competent authority.
In a statement issued from Zonal Police Headquarters Srinagar Police said that the accused instigator identified as Nasir Ahmad Ganie S/O Ghulam Mohammad Ganie R/O Raipora Palhallan Pattan was booked under Public Safety Act after obtaining formal detention orders from the competent Authority, adding therein that the suspected booked formally by police has been detained and subsequently lodged in Central Jail Kot-Balwal Jammu.
Police in it’s statement further said that the said accused person is a hard-core Instigator and many cases are registered against him and for being involved in disturbance of L&O and subversion, stating therein further that despite his involvement in many FIRs, he did not mend his anti-national activities and was again involved in instigating and disturbing peaceful environment.
