Highlighting the significance of the scheme in fostering economic development and employment opportunities, the Secretary called upon the concerned authorities to further step up efforts towards ensuring successful implementation of the scheme benefitting maximum beneficiaries.
Secretary asked the Rural Development Department to provide information on the existing gap between the training imparted to the prospective beneficiaries and the subsequent placement opportunities extended to them. The prime objective behind launching this schemes is to facilitate the trained individuals with gainful employment.
