DM Bla appoints SDM Gulmarg as Enquiry Officer for May 2023 Kunzer Incident

Baramulla: District Magistrate Baramulla on satur appointed Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Gulmarg, as enquiry officer, vide order no: DCB/ARA/180-III/Misc/2178-81, to conduct a magisterial enquiry into the incident that occurred in Village Dar Mohalla Karhama Kunzer on 6th May, 2023, resulting in the killing of the accused militant Abid Ahmad Wani, son of Mohammad RafiqWani, resident of Yarhol Babapora Qazigund District Kulgam.
As part of the enquiry, family members/Next of Kin (NOKs) of the deceased and the general public are hereby informed that if they have any information to share regarding the incident and wish to depose or record their statement, they should attend the Office of the SDM Gulmarg HQ at Tangmarg during office hours from 11:00 AM to 03:00 PM within a period of ten days from the issuance of this notice.
