Placement Drive for Food Technology Students organised at SKUAST-K

Srinagar : In a first of its kind initiative, Division of Food Science & Technology of SKUAST-Kashmir hosted a highly successful placement drive for its students. A renowned food industry of Jammu & Kashmir, BandayImpex Private Ltd. represented by Mrs. TasveerRizwi and her team conducted a Campus Placement Drive for attracting a pool of exceptionally talented candidates amongst SKUAST-K students whospecialized in food technology.BandayImpex Private Ltd., recognized for its innovation and commitment to quality, announced the placement of nine Ph.D. Food Technology scholars of SKUAST-Kashmir, in various research and development roles within their organization. The successful candidates were not only commended for their academic achievements but also for their innovative thinking and potential contributions to the company’s growth.
According to a statement issued from Public Relations Office SKUAST-K here, the Vice Chancellor of SKUAST-Kashmir, Prof. Nazir Ahmad Ganaie, congratulated the Head, Division of Food Science &Technology; Prof. Syed ZameerHussainfor organizing such an impactful event, and the students of Food Sciences Technology for getting placed in the industry.
Vice Chancellor emphasized the university’s commitment to foster strong two-way industry-academia partnership that paves way for University graduates to apply their research skills in the industry and reinforces the university’s commitment to produce industry-ready professionals.
