Tehsildar Dinga Amb refutes social media report

Kathua : Tehsildar Dinga Amb Predhyum Attri has refuted the social media post claiming that the revenue authority has deliberately stopped construction work of one Bal Krishan R/o village Sunkhal, Tehsil Dinga Amb.
Tehsildar Dinga Amb further clarified that the video has been posted on the facebook page to malign the image of the Revenue Department. He said the ground report is contrary to the claim as the temporary stay was vacated within a week’s time.
The Revenue Officer further refuted the claim in the viral post that the family of Bal Krishan didn’t know the reason of stay however the family of Bal Krishan duly acknowledged the receiving of the notice through concerned patwari halqa.
The Tehsildar further informed that matter involving property right came to the notice of his office when Govind Singh made an appeal under section 39 of CPC for staying the construction works as he alleged that the Bal Krishan is constructing house on his share and temporary injunction was granted keeping in mind the past skirmishes and stone pelting and to maintain peace, law and order.
He further said that on enquiring from District Information Centre, it has come to the light that the self styled facebook page which is running with name and style JK Fighter news is not registered news channel/page and deliberately circulating baseless, false and fabricated news.
Pertinently, the District Administration Kathua while taking serious view of the allegations made in the case has warned such self styled journalists to refrain from such acts intended to malign or tarnish the image of the administration. It has further called for taking legal action against the malevolent or self acclaimed media persons.
