VBS Yatra bridges gap between Govt, unreached population in Reasi Distt
Reasi: To cover a maximum number of beneficiaries under the Central Government schemes by reaching them directly, Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra Van reached 2 more panchayats of Bharakh and Sildhar of Reasi district.
The Van equipped with the information, education, and communication (IEC) materials like pamphlets, and booklets on the various central government schemes, available for public awareness at various places in the district as per a pre-defined schedule. The Van is equipped with a sound system and digital LED screen to showcase videos of the Prime Minister’s address, videos of beneficiaries and some other awareness movies.
During the event, attendees took the Sankalp (pledge) in line with the vision of the Viksit Bharat campaign. Earlier, on its arrival the Yatra was enthusiastically welcomed at these Panchayats.
