VBS Yatra/ Block Diwas prog empowers public engagement in Block Shadimarg of Pulwama

Pulwama : In a significant community-driven initiative, the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra cum Block Diwas programme was on Wednesday conducted at the Children Park in Nikas, Block Shadimarg of Pulwama.
The event witnessed the participation of Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Pulwama, Dr. Sheikh Abdul Aziz along with District and Sectoral officers.
Commencing with the playing of a recorded message from the Hon’ble Prime Minister on Viksit Bharat, the programme resonated with the community highlighting the Government’s commitment to development.
It was emphasized that the central focus of the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is saturating Government schemes to reach every individual.
During the programme, various Government departments presented insights into their initiatives and how citizens could benefit from their schemes. Attendees had the opportunity to articulate their grievances, leading to on-the-spot redressal by concerned departments.
Reaffirming the importance of such initiatives, the chair underscored their role in bridging the gap between the government and the public.
In conclusion, the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra cum Block Diwas Programme in Block Shadimarg exemplified the Government’s commitment to transparent governance, public engagement, and efficient redressal of citizen concerns. These proactive initiatives play a vital role in ensuring the effective implementation of Government schemes and services at the grassroots level.
