Srinagar|Dec, 25 : In a meeting held at the Office Chamber of Director FCS&CA Deptt, Kashmir Abdul Rashid war, the President Food Supplies Employees Association Kashmir Aijaz Ahmad Kan applauded the Director FCS&CA Deptt, for his unique and matchless style in grooming the Labour Department.
Speaking at the meeting Khan on this occasion also said he desires to see the same skills of running the administration of Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department. He also said that the Director FCS&CA Deptt Kashmir promised the timely promotion of Employees for the vacant posts and shall be looking for the DPC to likely sit for the awaiting Employees, who look to serve the Department as per their potentials.
The Chairman Employees Joint Consultative Committee Kashmir and the President Food Supplies Employees Association Kashmir demanded immediate closure of Shiekhpora Godown as Irony as he was sougnt the intervention of newly appointed Director, who assured the strong and tactful way out. Khan said the matter is aimed to save the Government exchequer, adding there in that Shiekhpora Godown is mounting the financial burden on the Government. Khan further said that Ab Rashid Var the new Director FCS&CA Kashmir has promised to secure the posts as well as the Departmental assets, be it at the cost of functioning the existing Godown of Shiekhpora. Khan has also highlighted the role of Commissioner Secretary FCS&CA Deptt, J&K for bringing transparency in the Department and bringing it down to Zero Grievance point. Khan also said that he sees a hope of better administration and upgraded work culture under Abdul Rashid Var (KAS) the Director FCS&CA Deptt Kashmir and looks forward to a bright future for the Department.
Speaking on the occasion Director FCS&CA Kashmir Ab Rashid Var assured the clearance of pendency on account of Bills besides wages of Fair Price Shop Dealers and Hamaals. Responding to Var’s assurance the President Food Supplies Employees Association J&K Aijaz Ahmas Jhan said that golden era has returned to the Department of Food Civil Supplies and Consumer affairs and the Employees will be benefited a lot.
