Baramulla : The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in Baramulla is going to organise an Upbhokta Lok Adalat on December 30, 2023, at the Commission’s office located in Govt Quarter B-3, Sherwani Colony, Khawjabagh Baramulla.
All litigants with pending cases before this commission, who are interested in settling their disputes through the upcoming resolution, are advised to visit the commission’s office two days prior to the scheduled date. This pre-adjudication period will be utilized for the identification of cases and potential resolution.
Peerzada Qousar Hussain, President District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Baramulla, said the primary aim of the Upbhokta Lok Adalat is to provide an expedited and amicable resolution to consumer disputes. This event serves as a platform for litigants with pending cases before the commission to explore the possibility of settlement through an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
