Martial Arts Championship held at BOMIS Pampore

Pampore: Intra Sqay Martial Arts Championship was held at Birla Open Minds International School in Pampore on Saturday, which was attended by a large number of students.
The championship was organised by Sports Department of the school, while the Zonal Physical Education Officer Pampore Masarat Hussain Andrabi attended the event as Chief Guest. On the occasion, participating students have shown brilliant performance, with many of them selected for State Sqay Martial Arts Championship, scheduled to be held soon.
Talking to reporters, the students said that such championships are very important for them, while they thanked sports department of the school for organising such events. Students further said that they will continue to perform in upcoming state championship to bring laurels to the school. Pertinently, the championship was held under the supervision of Organising Secretary, Waseem Ahmad Beigh, who is the Sports Coordinator of BOMIS Pampore. Other present on the occasion were, Mohammad Ashraf (PET), Shaista Gull, Aasiya Jan (Coordinator), Bisma Jan, Nazia (Coordinator), & Rafia Jan (Coordinator) of BOMIS.
