“Meri Kahani Meri Zubani” takes central stage amid Ongoing Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra in Kishtwar Distt

Beneficiaries in far flung Paddar & Inderwal areas share success stories, laud Govt for rolling out flagship schemes initiatives for every section of society

Kishtwar : In the heart of the ongoing Bharat Sankalp Yatra in Kishtwar district, the stories of transformation of people’s lives continued to surface in Panchayts of district Kishtwar.
In the course of activities “Meri Kahani Meri Zubani” has emerged as the focal point, highlighting the transformative impact of the flagship government schemes on the lives of the people.
The beneficiaries from diverse sections of society expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the government for the invaluable support provided through various flagship schemes /initiatives, benefiting farmers, women, patients, youth, and other marginalized segments.
During the VBSY, One such inspiring tale comes from Krishan Lal, a farmer hailing from Atholi Panchayat in the Paddar block of Kishtwar district. Krishan Lal, a beneficiary of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme, expressed how the 15th installment enabled him to acquire essential seeds and fertilizers, elevating his farming prospects.
Prehlad Singh from Panchayat Jar Block Paddar shared a similar experience as a beneficiary of the PM Kissan scheme during the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra.
Akash Kumar, a resident of Chingam C Panchayat, Kishtwar, conveyed his gratitude to the PM for the Ayushman Bharat Card under the PM Jan Arogya Yojana, acknowledging its contribution to enhancing healthcare accessibility.
Damini Devi, a member of the Self-Help Group (SHG) from Jar Panchayat, block Paddar, shared her journey of empowerment. She highlighted the pivotal role played by the NRLM scheme in transforming her life and that of other women by providing crucial financial support for livelihood opportunities. Q
Zubair Ahmed from Upper Chatroo Panchayat, block Inderwal, extended his gratitude to PM Narendra Modi for the financial assistance received under the PM Awas Yojna, facilitating the transformation of his makeshift house into a permanent dwelling.
He had always dreamed of having a place to call his own. However, for years, this dream seemed out of reach as he struggled to make ends meet. The lack of affordable housing options and financial constraints made it nearly impossible for him to envision a brighter future for himself and his family.
However, everything changed when the Government of India launched the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), a flagship scheme aimed at providing affordable housing for all.
With the PMAY scheme, He was able to own a house of his own. The dream that seemed unattainable for so long was finally within his grasp, and he was determined to seize the opportunity.
The sense of pride and accomplishment that came with building their own abode was truly indescribable.
Furthermore, Soni Devi, a beneficiary of the Ujjawala Scheme from Panchayat Jar, Block Paddar, expressed immense gratitude for the provision of free LPG cylinders, emphasizing the scheme’s contribution to ensuring her health and convenience.
These narratives stand as testimonials to the impactful strides made by various government initiatives, profoundly touching and enhancing the lives of individuals across diverse segments of society.
