VBS Yatra gets massive response in Qaziabad , Rajwar blocks of Kupwara

Kupwara : Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY), a nationwide outreach initiative, aimed at informing and empowering citizens about the Centre’s flagship schemes, is getting massive response in frontier Kupwara district.
The 18 Panchayats of Qaziabad and Rajwar blocks of Kupwara district were covered under VBSY, where a massive public response and remarkable engagement was witnessed from early morning despite shivering cold in Panchayats Yamalar, Zachladara-A (Poshwan), Zachaldara-B Waripora, Ashpora, Bicharwari, Deedarpora, Gundkamal, Hajin, Harwat, Kasloo, Khaipora, Kralgund, Lalbugh, Lukipora, Mandigam, Pandithpora, Rawalpora-A and Rawalpora-B.
Besides, promoting awareness of welfare programmes, IEC awareness vans, solution of problems of public in the presence of public representatives (PRIs) and the officers of different departments of district administrations were the main features of VBSY which attracted the villagers in large numbers.
Various departments had installed special counters and stalls during the program to provide benefits of welfare schemes and online services at the spot. On the occasion the Viksit Bharat Sankalp oath was also administered at all the venues of VBSY.
People also obtained Ayushman Bharat cards and availed medical camps, Aadhar seeding services enrollment drives for different services biometric authentication on the spot.
A lot of excitement was seen at the venues of VBSY particularly around the VBSY IEC vans as the villagers in large numbers thronged around vans which presented Recorded message of the Prime Minister and also showed live demonstrations of various Governmental Schemes.
Cultural programmes by local artists and students of different schools enthralled the participants and brought the local touch and proximity in the VBSY.
Similarly, success stories presented by beneficiaries of different centrally sponsored schemes, progressive farmers and successful entrepreneurs attracted the attention of participants and inspired them.
