MP Jugal Kishore lays foundation stone of Bridge over Jambhir Nalla at Rajpur-Qilla Darhal Panchayat

Rajouri: Member of Parliament Jammu Poonch constituency Jugal Kishore, along with the Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal, on Saturday laid the foundation stone of the much-awaited bridge over Jambhir Nalla in Rajpur-Qilla Darhal Panchayat. This significant development is set to bring immense relief and convenience to the residents of the area.
The construction of the bridge, which will extend over a length of 60 meters, will be executed by the Border Roads Organisation. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 5.07 crores, reflecting the commitment of the government to invest in crucial infrastructure projects that benefit the local communities.
During the event, Member of Parliament Jugal Kishore interacted with the local residents and congratulated them on this significant milestone. He emphasized the positive impact that the bridge will have on the daily lives of the people, facilitating smoother transportation and connectivity to various parts of the region. The construction of the bridge is expected to reduce travel time and enhance accessibility, promoting economic growth and social development.
The Deputy Commissioner, Vikas Kundal also highlighted the importance of this bridge in enhancing connectivity and improving the overall quality of life for the residents of Rajpur-Qilla Darhal Panchayat.
The construction of the bridge over Jambhir Nalla is part of the larger vision of the Government to develop and upgrade infrastructure across the country. This ambitious undertaking demonstrates the dedication of the Government to fulfilling the aspirations and needs of the people.

The foundation stone-laying ceremony was attended by DDC Member Seri, Sangeeta Sharma; DDC Member Nowshera, Manohar Singh; BDC Qila Darhal, Khalid Firdoz; AC Defence, Saleem Quershi and OC BRO 58 RCC, Ankit Uniyal.
