Doda: The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra Programme has left an indelible mark on the communities of Block ASSAR and Block Bhaderwah (Doda District).
Recently the campaign was conducted in Ramgarh, Chill Assar, and Bheja Panchayats. The initiative aimed at holistic development and community welfare garnered an overwhelming response from residents, signifying a major stride towards uplifting and empowering local communities. An array of engaging activities unfolded, including an essay competition and a spirited volleyball match. The pledge ceremony for Viksit Bharat Sankalp was eloquently recited by high school students from Panchayat Ramgar, adding an educational dimension to the event. Simultaneously, a big LED screen at Government High School Bheja, Block Bhaderwah, showcased different government-sponsored schemes and ongoing development activities, creating awareness and fostering community participation.
A massive gathering witnessed the program, with frontline workers from different departments actively participating in the public outreach initiative.
A special segment, “Aap ki Kahani Aap Ki Zubani” (Your Story in Your Words), featured beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), JJM, and PMEGP sharing their success stories. These individuals shared their inspiring stories, underscoring the transformative impact of the schemes on their lives. Their narratives served as a powerful testament to the tangible benefits and positive changes brought about by such welfare initiatives, resonating deeply within the community.
The VBSY Programme in Block ASSAR and Block Bhaderwah stands as a resounding success in promoting community empowerment and welfare. Through a blend of educational, recreational, and informative activities, this initiative has not only engaged the residents but has also spotlighted the positive outcomes of government-sponsored schemes, fostering a sense of collective progress and well-being in the region.
