Bandipora: In connection with the ensuing examinations of Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board (JKSSB) scheduled to be held on December 10, a review meeting was on Friday held under the Chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Dr Owais Ahmad at Conference Hall, Mini Secretariat, here.
At the outset, the DC discussed threadbare the arrangements to be put in place for the smooth conduct of the JKSSB forthcoming examination.
It was given out that the examination is being held at 21 centers in the District.
During the meeting the police department was directed to ensure adequate deployment of Police personnel.
Similarly, the Traffic Department was directed to ensure proper traffic arrangements in and around the designated examination centres.
While proper escort is provided to the JKSSB for transportation of material to the exam centres through the Vehicles of RTO for transport of the material.
Likewise, PDD was asked to ensure uninterrupted power supply at the Centers.
During the meeting, it was decided that section 144 Crpc shall be imposed around the examination centres.
While supervisors and duty magistrates were also deployed to ensure smooth and hassle free conduct of examination.
The meeting was attended by ADC Bandipora Umar Shafi, ACR Bandipora Shabir Ahmad, besides other concerned.
