Kishtwar: The Viksit Bharat SankalpYatra (VBSY) reached several far flung Panchayats of district Kishtwar, here on Thursday.
The Yatra took central stage in the panchayatGalhar of block Nagseni, panchayatHorna of Mughal Maidan, panchaytMatta A of Kishtwar, Palmar Lower A and Palmar Lower B of Palmar, Qaderna A Panchayat of Marwah, Jawalapur and BinoonPanchayts of Bonjwah.
Live telecast of PM’s interaction under the aegis of Viksit Bharat SankalpYatra was arranged at all the veneues. Besides, the Viksit Bharat SankalpYatrafilm was also screened at these locations empowering the community engagement and fostering the vision for progress.
The People thronged the Viksit Bharat SankalpYatra IEC Van at Galhar area of Nagseni Block and enthusiastically participated in the activities organized as well as availed on-spot services provided by different departments.
Attendees took the Sankalp (pledge) in line with the vision of Viksit Bharat, aiming to foster India’s development. In the “MeriKahaniMeriZubani” activity, successful beneficiaries of various schemes shared their experiences.
Officials and nodal officers organized a session on the agricultural activities and interacted with progressive farmers to discuss organic Farming.
Cultural performances, including ‘DhartiKahePukarKe’, Swachata songs, etc., were presented by women SHG Members, school students and local artists.
