Arrangements for Smooth Conduct of JKSSB Exams reviewed at G’bal

Ganderbal : In order to review the arrangements for the upcoming JKSSB OMR based written examination of Panchayat Secretaries, a meeting was on Wednesday convened by Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Ganderbal, Gulzar Ahmad here at Mini Secretariat Ganderbal.
At the outset, the ADC sensitized all the officers about their roles and responsibilities for the smooth conduct of the SSB examination across the district.
Threadbare discussion was held upon the arrangements to be put in place at 15 examination centres across the district.
During the meeting, Police and Education departments were entrusted to ensure foolproof security and proper seating arrangements at all the Centres.
The meeting also discussed the arrangements for drinking water, heating, electricity, transport; manpower, videography etc at all centres of the district.
The ADC instructed nodal officers to visit the examination centres and ensure all arrangements are put in place well in time and impressed upon all stakeholders to work in close coordination and ensure smooth and successful conduct of examination.
The meeting was attended by ASP, CEO, Executive Engineer PDD, Tehsildars, AIO and other concerned officers and officials.
