Lok Adalat settles 250 cases with settlement amount of Rs. 35.5 lac at Court Complex Shopian

Shopian : The Special Lok Adalat held within the court premises of District Court Complex Shopian Saturday settled 250 cases amicably out of 300 cases taken up and realized an amount of Rs. 35,50,000.
The Special Lok Adalat was held under the Chairmanship of Imtiyaz Ahmad Lone, Chairman Tehsil Legal Services Committee (Chief Judicial Magistrate) Shopian.
For the said Lok Adalat, 01 Bench was constituted by the TLSC. Advocates, litigants and other prominent citizens also participated.
Cases taken up were related to recovery suits, Traffic Challan, Civil Cases, Matrimonial Cases and Criminal Compoundable cases.
