“As the application process for the industrial investors has been already set into motion, several investment projects pending disposal before Jammu & Kashmir Government deserve and demand early attention of the prescribe competent authorities for their speedy clearance”.

Though Jammu & Kashmir Lt Governor Manoj Sinha during his address to a National Export Awards event organised by Engineering Export Council Of India in New Delhi just few days back very rightly said that under his leadership stability of peace and security has created an enabling environment for industrial investors and entrepreneurs in Jammu & Kashmir but round the clock power facility and hassle free road connectivity are also equally bigger areas of greater priority which deserve and demand  more bigger attention of the Jammu & Kashmir Government under the leadership of Lt Governor Manoj Sinha to change Jammu & Kashmir into an ideal place for investors from both within and outside the country. Jammu & Kashmir already changed into an all weather ideal tourist destination would most probably attract the attention of investors after the completion of both four-lane Jammu-Srinagar  highway and as well as Udhampur-Baramulla rail link hopefully within next few months. As the application process for the industrial investors has been already set into motion, several investment projects pending disposal before Jammu & Kashmir Government deserve and demand early attention of the prescribe competent authorities for their speedy clearance. The completion of several road and rail infrastructural projects in next few months as per their given timelines would most likely facilitate hassle free transportation of industrial equipments and raw materials to Kashmir valley from different parts of the country and consequently ease the business operations for the industrial investors in Jammu & Kashmir particularly the Kashmir valley.

“Jammu & Kashmir an all weather tourist destination when changed into an industrial hub by facilities like round the clock power supply, all weather road and rail connectivity would ultimately transform the lives of the youth in an all weather congenial atmosphere for business operations across Jammu & Kashmir. Creating an environment conducive for hassle free business operations won’t only reduce the unprecedented rise in employment in Jammu & Kashmir but it would also create an enabling environment for stability of peace and security in Jammu & Kashmir. So investing in industries in Jammu & Kashmir is not just investing for industrial development of Jammu & Kashmir but it also tantamount to investing for stability of peace and security in Jammu & Kashmir”.

Since the new industrial policy already implemented by the Jammu & Kashmir Government has vast scope for offering lucrative incentives to the industrial entrepreneurs in Jammu & Kashmir, more industrial proposals could come in coming months which whenever cleared by the Jammu & Kashmir Government would hugely change the industrial landscape of Jammu & Kashmir and such a big shift in the industrial scenario in Jammu & Kashmir could drastically reduce the increasing trends of joblessness in Jammu & Kashmir . Jammu & Kashmir an all weather tourist destination when changed into an industrial hub by facilities like round the clock power supply, all weather road and rail connectivity would ultimately transform the lives of the youth in an all weather congenial atmosphere for business operations across Jammu & Kashmir. Creating an environment conducive for hassle free business operations won’t only reduce the unprecedented rise in employment in Jammu & Kashmir but it would also create an enabling environment for stability of peace and security in Jammu & Kashmir. So investing in industries in Jammu & Kashmir is not just investing for industrial development of Jammu & Kashmir but it also tantamount to investing for stability of peace and security in Jammu & Kashmir.
