Bandipora: The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) Friday successfully concluded in different Urban Local Body (ULB) wards of district Bandipora.
The yatra covered different wards of all the Municipalities including MC Bandipora, MC Sumbal and MC Hajin with special emphasis on disseminating information and creating awareness about centrally sponsored schemes (CSSs).
Throughout the yatra, the IEC Van became the focal point for engaging with local communities, providing them with crucial insights into the array of centrally sponsored schemes aimed at uplifting rural India.
The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra traversed through different wards of all the three MCs, ensuring that the campaign reaches every corner of the region.
The extensive coverage facilitated direct interaction with citizens, understanding their needs, and informing them about the welfare schemes.
The IEC Van played an important role in the success of the yatra across all MCs. The innovative use of multimedia resources, interactive sessions, and informative materials ensured that the villagers not only received information but were actively engaged in understanding the benefits and intricacies of various centrally sponsored schemes.
Through the yatra, communities were empowered with knowledge about schemes related to healthcare, education, agriculture, and infrastructure development.
By bridging the information gap, the campaign has set the stage for enhanced cooperation, ensuring that government initiatives align seamlessly with the needs and aspirations of the people.
