Prominent Scientist Dr. Pooja delivers expert talk on ‘MXene’ at NIT Srinagar

Srinagar : The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Srinagar, in collaboration with the Indian National Young Academy of Science (INYAS), Friday organized an expert talk featuring Dr. Pooja Devi, who is currently Principal Scientist and Associate Professor at CSIR-Central Scientific Instruments Organization.
According to a statement issued from Public Relations Office NIT Srinagar, her talk on “MXene: A Promising 2D Material for Energy Harvesting and Storage” drew an enthusiastic audience of Students, Research Scholars, and Faculty Members from NIT-Srinagar and Kashmir University.
HoD Physics, Prof. Ikram said that Dr. Pooja Devi’s discourse exemplifies the caliber of knowledge-sharing we strive for at NIT Srinagar. It is a testament to our commitment to fostering academic excellence and innovation.”

The lecture commenced with an overview of the fundamentals of MXene, highlighting the discovery and unique properties exhibited by materials.
