Baramulla: In association with the Academy of Hospital Administration India & Govt.Medical College & its associated Hospital Baramulla hosted the 24th Two-Day State Level Management Programme on the 8th and 9th of November 2023 at the Auditorium in the New Academic Block of GMC Baramulla.
The event witnessed an impressive turnout of nearly 150 delegates comprising doctors, nurses, and various healthcare professionals from diverse health institutions across the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. The esteemed gathering was graced by Dr. Syed Sehrish Asghar, Worthy Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, who presided as the Chief Guest. Also in attendance were distinguished guests, including Director Coordination New GMC’s J&K Dr. Yashpal Sharma, Principal GMC Baramulla Prof.Dr. Ruby Reshi, Principal GMC Handwara Prof.Dr. Iffat Hassan, and Principal GMC Anantnag Prof.Dr. Anjum Farhana. The program commenced with a warm welcome address by Prof.Dr.Ruby Reshi, the Worthy Principal of GMC Baramulla, followed by an insightful address by Dr. Yashpal Sharma, Director Coordination of New GMCs.
Dr. Syed Sehrish Asghar, in her inspiring speech, shared valuable insights with the audience. The event spanned two consecutive days, offering a platform for extensive knowledge-sharing through various sessions conducted by seasoned professionals in the field. On the concluding day, November, Dr. Parvaiz Masoodi, the Medical Superintendent of Associated Hospital GMC Baramulla, expressed gratitude to all participants, Managing Body & Media Fraternity,for their patience and active participation during the entire programme. Prof. Dr. Ruby Reshi, Principal GMC Baramulla, joined in thanking the Academy of Hospital Administration India for their efforts and expressed optimism for future collaborations in organizing such events at associated Hospital GMC Baramulla. At the end, appreciation and awards were conferred upon the esteemed guests.
