9th Episode of Phone Live-in Grievance prog receives overwhelming public response, More than 40 calls received

Rajouri: In a resounding testament to community engagement, the 9th episode of the Phone Live-in Grievances program in Rajouri witnessed an extraordinary outpouring of public response, with more than 40 calls flooding in from residents across the district.
This innovative initiative, designed to provide an immediate platform for district residents to voice their concerns and obtain swift solutions from the district administration, drew enthusiastic participation from individuals across the district.
Led by the Deputy Commissioner VikasKundal, callers were given the full opportunity to voice their concerns on a wide spectrum of issues. Deputy Commissioner VikasKundal exhibited remarkable patience and unwavering commitment in addressing each caller’s concerns, providing invaluable guidance and support to resolve their proble
In direct response to the concerns of the residents, Deputy Commissioner VikasKundal assured them that prompt and effective measures would be taken to address their issues within specified timeframes. He further encouraged residents to continue providing feedback and suggestions, underscoring the constructive role these inputs play in enhancing governance and development in the district.
The Phone Live-in Grievance Program stands as a shining beacon of the continuous efforts of the district administration to enhance public service delivery and fortify the government-citizen relationship.
The resounding success of this program has earned widespread acclaim, serving as a direct avenue for individuals to voice their concerns and seek redressal directly from the District Administration. It has made significant contributions to augmenting transparency and accountability within the district administration.
The 09th episode of the Phone Live-in Grievance Program represents a momentous milestone, reaffirming the unwavering commitment of the District Administration to actively engage with the people of Rajouri.
