Vigilance awareness week: J&K Advocate General’s organization holds “Pledge Taking Ceremony”

Jammu: In observance of Vigilance awareness week, J&K Advocate General’s Organization organized “Pledge Taking Ceremony.
The ceremony was held under the chairmanship of Advocate General, J&K, D C Raina, which was attended by all the Law Officers, Government Counsels, Officers and other employees.
Meanwhile, similar pledge taking ceremony was organized at Srinagar office complex chaired by MosinulShowkatQadri, Senior Additional Advocate General, Srinagar which was attended by all the Law Officers and Government Counsels, Officers and employees.
The participants took pledge as a sequel to the compliance of Central Vigilance Commission and Circular instructions of Government of J&K in this behalf.
Advocate General hailed the efforts and efficiency in improving the focus area related to its mandate to run the official business for timely actions. He sensitized the participants about the need for transparency, accountability, sharing responsibilities attached to their assignments and primarily the integrity.
He instructed all the participants to enhance their skill all the time of their tenure and deprecate the corruption by way of accelerating and purposeful arguments in such cases, being the Law Officers and Government Counsels to the respective departments and organizations.
