DDC reviews progress of Key RDD Sector Schemes in Udhampur

Udhampur: District Development Commissioner Udhampur, SaloniRai, on Thursday led a comprehensive review of implementation of flagship Rural development department schemes, including MPLADs, ABDP, APDP, PMAY-G, AmritSarovar, and SBM, currently in progress in the District.
The meeting took place in the Mini Conference Hall in the DC Office Complex, Udhampur.
Additional District Development Commissioner, Ghan Sham Singh, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Rafiq Ahmed Jaral, Chief Planning Officer, MudassirYaqoobZargar, Assistant Commissioner Development, Dr. Ranjeet Singh Kotwal, DPO, Dr. Manmeet Kumar, along with various other officers and all Block Development Officers (BDOs).
During the review, a detailed analysis of scheme progress at the block level was conducted. The DDC underscored the critical importance of timely implementation, quality, and transparency in executing these schemes.
The BDOs were instructed to ensure the completion of ongoing projects within specified timeframes and expedite work to meet government-set targets. The District Development Commissioner emphasized on maintaining transparency and accountability as central principles in RDD sector projects across the district. She called upon the officers to work diligently and with unwavering dedication to achieve the set targets for the current financial year, stressing the need for rigorous monitoring to uphold work quality and adherence to timelines.
