Srinagar: Ms Nuzhat Ishfaq, Chairperson District Development Council (DDC) Ganderbal, accompanied by ShIshfaqJabbar, former Legislator called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawanon Saturday.
