Jammu: Police on Wednesday said that it has reunited a missing body with his family in Gharota area of Jammu city.
In a statement issued from District Police Headquarters Jammu Police said that a written complaint was lodged at Police Station Gharota by father of a boy, stating therein that his son went missing from his home.
Police in it’s statement further said that a missing report vide GD No.16 dated 13/10/2023 got registered at Police Station Gharota besides whicle investigation was also initiated.
Stating that special police teams of Police Station Gharota led by SDPO Akhnoor Mohan Sharma assisted by SHO Police Station Gharota Inspr Joginder Singh Chib did strenuous efforts and with the help of CCTV footages of the area finally traced the missing boy, Police in it’s statement furthermore said that family of the missing boy was informed and the missing boy was handed over to his family members after completing all the legal formalities.
