DC Doda asks Deptts for complete shifting to e-office

Doda: Deputy Commissioner Doda, Vishesh Mahajan on Thursday convened a meeting of officers of different departments and exhorted them to shift completely to electronic mode for all kinds of transmission of information and communication.
DC appointed DIO NIC Doda Rohit Saini as Nodal Officer and officers have been asked to take his assistance if required and shift to e-office completely from on Thursday onwards.
The DC directed DIO NIC to devise a format wherein the department wise details of employees dealing with e-office, file heads besides flow chart of file movement is incorporated.
The DC highlighted the benefits of switching over to e-office, which includes time saving and efficient management of works, quick disposal of files besides bringing transparency and accountability in the system.
The meeting was attended by ADC Doda, ADC Bhaderwah, CPO Doda, SP Hq, SE PWD, SE Hydraulics, SE PDD, ACR, ACP, CEO, CAO, CHO, AD FCS&CA, DIO DIPR, DIO NIC and other district officers.
