CIIIT Jammu organizes webinar on “Electric Vehicle & Repair”

Jammu: Two days webinar was organized by Center for Invention, Innovation, Incubation & Training (CIIIT) Government Polytechnic Jammu on “Electric Vehicle & Repair” under the guidance of Directorate of Skill Development Training & Placement (DLTP) Cell for all the ITIs and Polytechnics students and staff of Jammu Division.
The programme was organized under the supervision of Principal Government Polytechnic Jammu, Er. Arun Bangotra in which more than 320 students from all Government ITIs and Polytechnics participated.
Er. Arun Bangotra briefed the participants about the various competency center at CIIIT Jammu and latest technologies established at CIIIT Jammu with the aim of up-skilling and enhancing employability of engineering students to latest trends by imparting skill training on latest technologies as per industry 4.0 such as electric vehicles, mechatronics, IOT, automotive air-conditioners etc.
Sandeep Nimbalkar, Programme Director CIIIT Jammu (Tata Technologies) explained about the various components of EVs in details. Dhiraj Nanda and Jagjit Singh, SMEs of TATA Technologies briefed the students about introduction to electric Vehicle and CIIIT Jammu.
Tushar Mule and Pranav Aggarwal SMEs of TATA Technologies briefed about sensors and troubleshooting used in electric vehicle. Ravi V, Rohit Bhanushali and Anand Rathore SMEs of TATA Technologies provided information about motors and drives technology.
Ankush, Anubhav SMEs of TATA Technologies demonstrated in detail about all the troubleshooting method and OBD scanner used in electric vehicle repair.
Vote of thanks was presented by Neena Dullo, Incharge DLTP Cell of Directorate of Skill Development.
