“Kashmir Horizon” Congratulates It’s Regular Columnist Dr Shahid Amin Trali For Successful Conduct Of 4th International Conference

Srinagar| Oct,15: “Kashmir Horizon”extends heartfelt congratulations to it’s regular columnist and Associate Professor, School Of Management and Commerce, ITM University Gwalior for successful conduct of an International Conference  at ITM University campus  Gwalior.

Dr Shahid Amin as Organising Secretary for the said prestigious two day International Conference played pivotal role in making the event a resounding success. The conference entitled ‘Transforming Business Practices in Changing Global Economy-Strategies for Business Resilience’ witnessed overwhelming response with more than 400 registrations, underscoring the significance of the event. Notable participants and speakers from both India and abroad enriched the conference with their expertise and insights.

The inaugural day, in particular, was marked by profound knowledge and wisdom shared by eminent personalities in their respective domains. Vice Chancellor Incharge, ITM University Gwalior Prof. S. K Narayan Khedkar, left a lasting impact with his thought-provoking messages about alternative perspectives. Management Guru and Guest of Honour Prof. Yogesh Upadhay who is Dean SOS in Management from Jiwaji University, illuminated the concept of resilience, especially in the context of small and medium enterprises, urging us to not just survive but thrive as business organizations. The insights of Guest of Honour Prof. Nimit Chowdhary, a distinguished academician and researcher, were a reminder of the importance of responsible consumption, which can lead to responsible production and be a boon for the economy.

Prof. Sri Niwas Singh, the Chief Guest and Director ABV IIITM, provided invaluable insights into the relevance of integrating management and technology. Dr. Daulat Singh Chauhan, who is a highly acclaimed Pro-Chancellor in ITM University offered profound wisdom, quoting Mahatma Gandhi, emphasizing the need not to compromise with our values. The conference spanned two days, with sessions covering five tracks, and the best paper session as the culmination.  Reports reaching here said that over 150 papers were received from India and abroad, and approximately 50 of them were selected for presentations. Participants from esteemed universities, including Jamia Millia Islamia, University Of Delhi, State Bank Institute of Leadership, Kazi Nazrul University Asansol, Gujarat University, ABV IIITM, Christ University, and others, enriched the discussions.

Dr. Shahid Amin a resident of South Kashmir’s Tral area has won accolades from within and outside the ITM University Gawalior for showing dedication and hard work in bringing together adiverse group of scholars and professionals making the said International conference a grand success. Team “Kashmir Horizon” looks forward to more such achievements from him in the future.
