DC Kulgam reviews Action plan for implementation of Special campaign 3.0

Kulgam: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr.Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat on Saturday chaired a meeting of officers to review action plan for proper implimentation of Special campaign 3.0 at mini-secretariat, here.
During the meeting, the DC instructed the officers to ensure that the offices are kept clean and organise Special Cleanliness drives towards the furtherance of better space management of the offices.
He also instructed all offices to take initiatives under the campaign for better record management including weeding of files, review of files, etc.
Special emphasis was given on clearing the grievances received through various portals along with emphasis on disposal of stocks as per GFR.
The meeting was attended by ADDC, Showkat Ahmad Rather; ADC, Viqar Ahmed Giri; ACR, Imtiyaz Ul Aziz; JDP, Zahid Sajjad; ACD, Mohammad Imran Khan; ACP, Sharjeel Ali; CEO, BDOs, EOs and other officers.
