Inter District-Divisional Level Badminton Tournament for Girls kicks off in Samba

Samba: The Inter District-Divisional Level Tournament of Badminton for AAG(All Age Groups) Girls began on Thursday at the Rani Suchet Singh Indoor Stadium in Arazi, District Samba.
The tournament was organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports, Samba.
The overall supervision of this event was expertly managed by District Youth Services & Sports Officer Samba, Sunil Kumar Sharma.
The Chief Guest of the occasion was Abhishek Sharma, District Development Commissioner Samba.
Over 126 girls hailing from 10 districts of the Jammu province are participating in the tournament.
In his address, the Chief Guest, District Development Commissioner Samba, conveyed best wishes to the team, lauded the relentless efforts of the Sports staff and expressed his appreciation for the dedication exhibited by DYSSO Samba and his team, highlighting their commendable work in making the event a grand success.
In the Under 19 category, Jammu and Doda have qualified for the finals. In the Under 17 category, Jammu and Udhampur have qualified for the finals.
