DLSA B’pora conducts One-hour introductory training on ‘Meditation for Relaxation & Peace’

Bandipora: The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Bandipora in collaboration with Art of Living Tuesday conducted a One-hour introductory training on ‘Meditation for Relaxation and Peace’ at Conference Hall ADR Centre District Court Bandipora.
The programme was presided over by Pr. District & Sessions Judge, Bandipora Amit Sharma besides Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bandipora Manzoor Ahmad Zargar.
Among others secretary DLSA Bandipora Nusrat Ali Hakak, Munsiff/ JMIC Bandipora, Shayesta Nazir, Regional Director, Art of Living, Srinagar Vandana were also present on the occasion. The programme was also attended by Bazila Bashir Chairman TLSC (Munsiff/JMIC) through virtual mode.
The programme commenced with the playing of National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) Theme Song resonating with the gathering.
The PD&SJ in his special address extended warm welcome to everyone present in the training programme and shared that the objective of the training programme is to educate them about mental and empower them with the tool of meditation for better health.
Vandana conducted the session of meditation techniques and their profound impact on personal and professional lives on an individual.
Speaking extensively on the benefits of meditation for relaxation and peace she encouraged the participants to incorporate meditation practice into their daily lives. She said that the intention behind this training session was to provide a platform to foster deep and profound inner peace happiness and wellbeing for all individuals.
The programme concluded with vote of thanks proposed by Secretary DLSA Bandipora, who expressed her gratitude to the Art of Living for organizing this event.
The event was also attended by Bar Members District Judiciary Bandipora, LADCs Bandipora, Panel Lawyers, Staff members of DLSA Bandipora & TLSC Sumbal, PLVs DLSA/TLSCs Bandipora and other participants.
