Srinagar : A review meeting under the chairmanship of Shri Syed Javid Mujtaba Gillani ADGP Armed J&K was held on Saturday at Lake View Police Golf Course, Boulevard Road Srinagar to discuss the arrangements put in place in connection with organising of “Run for Peace” Kashmir Marathon-2023.
According to a statement issued from J&K Armed Police Headquarter Srinagar, the above said event is being organized by J&K Police under its Civic Action Programme, Dilbag Singh DGP J&K is the patron of the event whereas S.J.M Gillani ADGP Armed J&K will be the Chairman of the organizing committee & Shri Shahid Mehraj DIG Armed Kashmir Range shall be the organizing Secretary of the event.
During the meeting S.J.M Gillani ADGP Armed J&K welcomed the participating officers and expressed hope that with the active cooperation of all the officers/ stakeholders the event will be conducted smoothly.
All the officers who have been assigned various duties with regard to the above said event gave their feedback vz-a-viz the arrangements put on ground and put forth their valuable suggestions for making the event a grand success.
The meeting was attended among others by Shahid Mehraj, DIG Armed Range Kashmir; Shiv Ram, SP East Srinagar City; Mohd Aslam SSP, CO JKAP-13th Bn.; Tahir Saleem SSP, CO JKAP-9th Bn and other officers.
