Gaza: At least two Palestinians were killed early on Sunday in an Israeli raid in the city of Tulkarm in the West Bank, the Palestinian Health Ministry said.
“Two Palestinians, Asid Abu Ali and Abdurrahman Abu Daghash, were killed at dawn today as a result of an Israeli raid in the Nur Shams refugee camp in the east of the city of Tulkarm,” the ministry said in a statement.
The municipality of Tulkarm announced a general strike in the city over the incident on Sunday.
Israel carries out frequent operations and counterterrorist raids in the West Bank, citing continuing attacks against Israeli citizens.
