GMC Baramulla conducts 22nd dual chamber pacemaker implantation in last 6 months

Baramulla: Govt Medical College (GMC) in Baramulla area of North Kashmir conducted 22nd dual chamber pacemaker implantation in last 6 months, an official said.
He said that, “under the dynamic leadership and patronage of worthy Principal Prof. Ruby Reshi, GMC Baramullah’s cardiology team did 22nd dual chamber pacemaker implantation in last 6 months.”
“This facility at GMC Baramulla has definitely given laurels to institution and whole North Kashmir, being the first GMC among all newer GMCs which has started the hitech facility of PACEMAKER IMPLANTATION within limited resources. Principal Medical College Baramulla and Medical Superintendent GMC congratulated HOD medicine and team of Doctors led by dedicated cardiologist Dr Mudasir Muzamil for this achievement,” official said.
Sources said that all the cases were done under Ayushman Bharat (Golden Card) facility free of cost, which otherwise costs 2 lac rupees in privatefeedback.
