Tral: The DDC member and BJP leader Avtar Singh on Saturday presided over a programme of Meri Mati Mera Desh at Govt Middle School in Boochu, Tral.
On the occasion, he appraised the participating audiance about the concept of the programme of Universal Brotherhood, National Integration and Patriotism, and took a pledge of contributing towards making India as No.1 Country of the world in next 24 years.
He also visited some developmental sites of the area and met with public delegations to listen to their grievances.
Talking to the media, Avtar Singh said that, Nine families in the area got benefited with PMAY scheme, while he paid visit to some construction sites as well.
