Bhrashtachar Mukt J&K Week Campaign: Digital Literacy cum Grievance Redressal Cell established in Relief & Rehab Organization (M) Jammu

Jammu: Relief and Rehabilitation Department has established “Digital Literacy Cum Grievance Redressal Cell” in the head office and at the migrant camps/Zones under its jurisdiction and non-camp areas for the period 6th September to 9th September 2023.
The move, as per the R&RO, has been taken in compliance to the instructions imparted vide circular No; 25-JK(GAD) of 2023 dated 02-08-2023 for celebration of “Brashtachar Mukt J&K Week”.
All Zonal offices and Camp Offices have been notified as grievance redressal Cells for the convenience of the Kashmiri migrants.
The teams have been deputed by the department to various migrant camps/non- camp areas for registering the complaints/grievances and initiate suitable action thereof and also educate the migrants regarding the initiatives of online services which can be accomplished from the comforts of their residences itself. More than 100 complaints have been received, subsequently directions in respect of the grievances pertaining to the department have been issued on spot and in respect of line departments, the matter has been conveyed to these departments for their early redressal.
The primary aim behind this initiative is to eradicate corruption and promote transparency and accountable governance.
Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner, K.K. Sidha through the medium of media requested all Kashmiri migrants to take the benefit of this initiative and to come forward and work collectively with the administration advocating “Brashtachar Mukt” campaign and thereby strengthening Relief Organization towards strong and transparent governance.
