Srinagar: Police on Wednesday sait that the Addl. Sessions Judge Budgam designated as NIA Court under section 22 of NIA Act has issued proclamation notice against one active militant Aaqib Ahmad Shergojri S/o Nazir Ahmad Shergojri R/o Khampora Sarai Chadoora Budgam who was involved in case FIR No. 59/2022 under section 20, 38 UAP Act of Police Station Chadoora.
The notices were affixed at visible places including on the main gate of residential house of the said militant by the concerned Police asking the proclaimed absconder to appear before the trial Court by or before 03/10/2023.
