Doda : To bring digital services closer to the public, and meet aspirations of the people, the district administration Doda launched district-level IT initiatives under the banner of ADBHUT DODA online services, last year.
As part of the broader Jammu and Kashmir government’s Digital J&K Week 2023, a three-day celebration is going on at the Community Hall in Doda from August 31st to September 2nd, 2023. The goal is to raise awareness about the significance and benefits of digital services across various government departments. The stall of ADBHUT Doda at the Digi-Mela 2023 has seen tremendous footfall of the people, especially youth for the past two days of three-day mela.
ADBHUT Doda initiative brought revolutionary and significant changes in the public services delivery mechanism in the district. The ADBHUT Doda Attendance system ensured real-time watch on the presence of the government employee in his/her workplace, thus enhancing the punctuality and improvement in the service delivery. Permanent ‘DOST Centre’ at DC office complex Doda under ADBHUT Doda is catering to the needs of people in understanding and taking benefits of the government online services.
To create a viable environment for gainful employment opportunities and innovations, District Administration Doda, under the aegis of indigenous Adbhut Doda initiative, is providing a free workplace to promote young entrepreneurs and innovators, under the name DODA HUB.
DC online, under the ADBHUT Doda initiative, made the district administration more accessible and accountable. Innovation Challenge, E-Library/ Study Material, Online Classes, Prabhari Officer for Schools, APKA TEHSILDAR APKEY GAON MAI, Youthon 2023, Swachh Gaon Sundar Gaon, Tourism/ Cultural promotion activities and other like initiative under the umbrella of ADBHUT Doda have been thoroughly appreciated by the people of the district and from outside the district also.
The objective of the ADBHUT Doda is to create an environment where every individual of the district feels empowered, could get his aspirations fulfilled and takes his responsibility in making District Doda really Adbhut and an example of inclusive development.
