CUK’s SLS Holds Mock Interviews for Prosecuting Officer Posts

Ganderbal : Department of Law, School of Legal Studies, Central University of Kashmir (CUK) conducted the Mock Interview for the candidates appearing in the viva-voce examination for the Prosecuting Officer posts (gazetted cadre).
According to a statement issued from Public Relations Office Central University of Kashmir here, the department received around 60 registrations for the mock interview conducted under the patronage of Head and Dean Prof. (Dr.) Farooq Ahmad Mir, in a hybrid mode, so candidates from remote areas also take advantage. The mock interview was conducted by former Chairman Public Service Commission (J&K), Mr Farooq Ahmad Lone (IAS), former Law Secretary, Govt. of J&K, Mr Abdul Majeed Bhat, Joint Director Prosecution, Mr Laeeq Ahmad Dar, Addtl Superintendent of Police, Ganderbal, Mr Malik Aijaz Ahmad, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Ganderbal and Bandipora, Ms Nusrat Haqaq, Assistant Commissioner Development, Mr Mohammad Abid Malik and Senior Prosecuting officer, Mr Abdul Rashid Dar.
The interview was followed by a joint session in which experts shared tips with the candidates to tackle the interview phase of this prestigious examination. At the culmination, the candidates were given the question booklet of the previous year’s mock interview.
