Deputy Commissioner, Babila Rakwal on Friday handed over the engagement orders to the newly recruited Helpers in presence of PO ICDS, Mohammad Anwar Banday, District Social Welfare Officer Sumit Suri, CDPO Sushma Kohli, along with other officials.
