Rajouri: The 6th episode of the Live Phone -in Grievances redressal program, conducted on Thursday, witnessed an outstanding surge in public participation, with over 45 callers projecting the issues of Rajouri residents.
This initiative, designed to provide a platform to the residents to voice their grievances and seek immediate solutions from the district administration, has witnessed an enthusiastic response from individuals hailing from diverse areas of the district.
Under the attentive guidance of Deputy Commissioner Vikas Kundal, callers had the opportunity to express their concerns on a wide array of issues. The Deputy Commissioner exhibited patience and commitment in addressing each caller’s concerns, offering invaluable guidance and support in resolving their proble
Taking serious note of the issues articulated by the residents, the Deputy Commissioner assured them that prompt and effective measures will be taken to address their concerns within stipulated timeframes. He also encouraged residents to continue providing their feedback and suggestions, emphasizing the constructive role these inputs play in enhancing the overall governance and developmental landscape of the district.
The Phone Live-in Grievance Program stands as a testament to the district administration’s ongoing efforts to enhance public service delivery and foster a stronger government-citizen relationship.
This program’s remarkable success has earned widespread acclaim from the public, serving as a direct avenue for individuals to voice their concerns and seek redressal of their grievances directly from the District Administration. The initiative has significantly contributed to bolstering transparency and accountability within the district administration.
The 6th episode of the Phone Live-in Grievance Program marks a significant achievement, solidifying the District Administration’s commitment to engaging with the people of Rajouri. The administration’s concerted efforts have been met with appreciative acknowledgment from all quarters.
Among those present at the event were CPO Mohammad Khurshid; ACD Vijay Verma, ACR Imran Rashid Kataria; DPO Auqil Nuvaid; DSWO Wakeel Ahmed Bhatt; XEN Jal Shakti Rajouri, Ashwini Sharma; XEN Jal Shakti Nowshera, Vipin Kumar; along with other concerned officers.
