Srinagar: The residents of Malabagh, Lal Nagar area of Hazratbal, on Tuesday demanded the macadamization of roads.
Talking to reporters the residents said they are facing severe problems as the link road in their area has not been properly macadamized for a long time.
“A drainage pipeline was installed inside the road here in Malibagh Hazratbal, Srinagar, in the year 2022, and since then our road has not been properly macadamized. We have been requesting the government since then to macadamize the road,” said Irshad Ahmad Sofi, a local resident.
“We are requesting the authorities to look into the matter,” they added
