Srinagar: The residents of Khumani Chowk, Bemina here on Tuesday staged a protest against the dilapidated condition of the roads in their area.
The aggrieved protests blocked the road and raised slogans against the administration.
“We have been suffering a lot for a long time, and yet the administration has done nothing to resolve our issue, and today we are here to protest against the pathetic condition of the road,” said the residents .
“Our area has been neglected for a long time, we have contacted the authorities many times, but till now nothing has been done,” said the aggrieved residents.
They later appealed the higher-ups to look into the matter and macadamize their roads in the area
