Srinagar : Salvatore International School in Shilvat area of Sumbal in district Bandipura on Saturday celebrated ‘World Humanitarian Day’ with the underprivileged people.
On the occasion, the organisers of the event greeted underprivileged people with some Gifts. An official has said that, “on this World Humanitarian Day salvatorians took pledge to take care of the underprivileged people of our society and be kind to others.” Every year World Humanitarian Day is celebrated on August 19 to celebrate the unrelenting efforts and dedication of humanitarians across the world who have been always ever ready to meet global challenges.
