Srinagar: Police on Monday said that an impressive ceremonial function held at District Police Lines Budgam, a piping ceremony of recently promoted four sub-inspectors was held here on Monday.
According to a statement issued from Zonal Police Headquarters Srinagar, Senior Superintendent of Police Budgam Al-Tahir Gilani- adorned four officers with their new ranks of Sub Inspectors. The event was also attended by Addl. SP Budgam Gowhar Ahmad Khan-, DySP DAR DPL Budgam and DySP Hqrs Budgam among other officers.
Besides, the event celebrated the recent promotions of ASI Mohammad Shafi, ASI Gh Nabi, ASI Kazafi Mir and ASI Mohd Maqbool who were elevated to the news ranks of Sub-Inspectors by the Police Headquarters (PHQ) of Jammu & Kashmir.
On the occasion, SSP Budgam extended his heartfelt congratulations to the newly promoted officers. He lauded their achievements and emphasized the importance of maintaining the same level of enthusiasm and dedication in their future endeavours.
Moreover, the promoted officers pledged to work with the same zeal and enthusiasm in future also and ensured better public services.
