Srinagar : Police on Thursday said that it has organized awareness programme on drug abuse at Police Station Baramulla & Bijhama in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
According to a statement issued from Zonal Police Headquarters Srinagar, these awareness programmes, which focused on prevention strategies, imparted essential knowledge to participants, including identifying symptoms and appropriate initial responses. Besides, Mr. Mohd Ashraf & Ms. Nusrat of Police Drug De-Addiction Centre Baramulla delivered a comprehensive presentation, providing valuable insights and sharing their expertise on various aspects of drug addiction.
Police in its statmeetn said that the awareness programme received an overwhelming response from the participants, who expressed gratitude for the opportunity to enhance their understanding of drug addiction.
